I'm gonna take a break from Sundance to tell you all a story,

a series of events you could say.

So remember that girl from Powell who was going to Cuenca?

Well she is there.

I stalk her pictures of course, and live vicariously through her.

I noticed that my baby boy David hadn't been in any of her pictures,

which is weird because he is perfect.

It started to eat at me as to why he wasn't around.

So I emailed her and asked her last night.

And today I got to class early after Ballet and decided to check my FB of course.

I saw there was an email from this friend,

I opened it, read through it and came across this line..

"aaaaaand David got adopted!!!"

I started crying right there in my seat.

tears of joy as well as sadness,

because it was always my belief deep in my soul that David was my boy, and eventually I would go back and get him and we'd be together forever.

At the same time though I couldn't be happier that my boy now has a family, who loves him and will give him a great life.

I'm still positive I will see him again someday,

it's just a mystery as to where and when.

But I honestly can't wait!

I love him more than anyone will ever really know, or could ever truly imagine...
