When it rains, it pours.. Or does it?! The Birth of Dirty Ronchero.

Ok, so I have officially been in Ecuador for a week and a day! Crazy! and this week really has been so awesome! and today was equally just as amazing, I worked with all the babies.. which I loveeeeee! Had a fantastic convo con mi hermana, and then finished the night with a nice run to the river and then back home where Kenz and I decided to do some sit up and butt work outs on the porch... and then decided to throw in a half hour dance party, in which I included some lessons on how to "shake it like a salt shaker" for my innocent little blonde:] haha after I was ready for a wonderful hot shower...

OH WAIT!!

The shower here is the most ridiculous thing you can imagine! Let me just fill you in on this. First, there are two knobs, one for hot, one for cold. But there is no need for the cold seeing as the shower will most likely be luke-warm anyway! Second, when you do turn on the shower at all the stream isn't very powerful.. I mean at all! but sometimes it isnt bad, throughout the shower it will fluxuate from having some kind of power to nothing at all! So my shower tonight went a little something like this....

Hopped in, it was still warming up, finally got warm.. sort of! Started putting shampoo in my hair and then... nothing. Wait, where did the water go? It was barely coming out of the shower head in a trickle.. it felt like someone was peeing on me! I get enough of that during the day thank you very much, I don't need it in my shower! hahaha absolutely ridiculous! Well I did finally manage to wash the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair with the trickle after about twenty minutes, no lie! oh and not to mention the trickle was barely warm, I was shivering still! Once I was finished and prepared myself to get out what happens? Oh the water gets scalding hot and the stream gets super powerful! haha are you being serious right now shower? You are not allowed to be this bipolar when I need you the most! I have a feeling it is going to be a difficult couple of months with you... therefore you have earned an appropriate name.

Ronchero= Yes, like the sauce. cause you are assumed to be hot, but its a lieeeee!

So I think I might just wait until the next rain storm cause it is bound to help me get cleaner than you do!
